Our Team and Governance Structure

The Safari for WASH Fellowship is proudly hosted by the Rotary Club of Gayaza as one of its flagship projects. Effective leadership and governance are critical to the success and sustainability of this initiative. To this end, a dedicated team of Rotarians has been appointed to oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of all project activities.

Leadership Team

  • Rtn Stephen Sango – Team Leader
    Provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and coordination for the Safari for WASH Fellowship.

  • Rtn Aaron Bukenya – Finance
    Oversees financial management, budgeting, and transparent accounting of all project funds.

  • Rtn Emily Lamwaka – Membership
    Manages membership recruitment, retention, and engagement to grow and sustain the fellowship community.

  • Rtn Dan K. Kiguli – Mobilisation
    Leads fundraising efforts and resource mobilization campaigns to support project goals.

  • Rtn Dr. Frank Ndugga – Service Projects
    Coordinates the identification, planning, and implementation of WASH-related service activities in beneficiary schools.

  • Rtn Marcelin Ssempijja – Operations
    Handles logistical planning, event management, and operational support for all project activities.

  • Rtn Flavia Nzaaro – Welfare
    Ensures the wellbeing and support of fellowship members during safaris and other project engagements.

  • Rtn Juliet Nakayenga – Secretary
    Maintains documentation, communication, and records for the fellowship’s meetings and activities.

Terms of Service

The appointed role holders on the committee will serve for a fixed term duration (to be specified), during which they will be responsible for executing their duties and ensuring the smooth running of the project. This governance structure fosters accountability, collaboration, and effective decision-making, ensuring the success and impact of the Rotary Safari for WASH Fellowship.
